At Cutlery and More, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and print a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused cutlery or cookware in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with the return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
